Every year MFSG polls its members on their bad debt write off as a percentage of sales for the previous year.  MFSG compiles five years of data and presents the results so members can benchmark their individual results against the survey average.  This survey also reports on the percentage of members whose bad debt reserve increased for the upcoming year.
